This project was to create a construction package for 4500+ square feet of my final fourth-year project, salt. The document includes a site map, partition plan, door types + schedule, RCP + lighting schedule, power/data communications plan, finishes plan, elevations, sections and full project specifications.
leaf kitchen design
This assignment is to create an interesting and appropriate design for a client’s kitchen. In addition to the design, a millwork detailing package includes specifications, sections and details communicating how it will be constructed.
hotel construction drawings
This assignment was in conjunction with Oceans Resort + Spa. It includes all the construction drawings and specifications of the hotel's chalets to be read along side the main building plans. Within this document is partition plans, door schedule, rcp, electrical plan, finishes plan, and elevations.
bathroom vanity
mixed detailing
This work showcases detailing and sections from a mixed amount of items. Details include a banquette, planter bench, and two fireplaces.
We also had to source and create specifications for each element.
reception desk
The goal of this assignment was
to create a millwork drawing package for a reception desk. We were provided with an inspiration image, plan view, front + side elevation for the reception desk.
